According to new research done by Consumer Reports, Honda's subcompact-car, the Fit remains Consumer Report's number one best value among small cars. Not only that, but it is CR's number one best overall value among the 200 different vehicles analyzed.
CR's automotive editor says that a low price doesn't make a car a good value, it's what you get for your money at that price that makes it so. CR took into account, the performance, reliability, depreciation, insurance premiums, fuel costs and ownership cost data to produce these rankings.
